Owner

Justin Hershey

Justin has 24 years in construction. He started out helping in his grandfather's contracting business, went on to manage commercial projects for a general contractor in Lancaster, and spent about ten years as a project manager for a real estate investment company before founding J Hershey Construction in 2025.

That last stretch is why he understands closings. He has been on the side of the table that needs repairs priced fast and finished on time.
