Our goal
We want everyone to be able to send a repair list, request an estimate, or find an answer on this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have built in
- Text and buttons meet AA color contrast.
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip link.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall for easier tapping.
- Forms have labels, explain errors in words, and move you to the first problem.
- Images have descriptive alternative text. Decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site shows everything already built, with no animation.
- Pages fit phone screens without scrolling sideways.
Known limits
Some animated illustrations are decorative and are not described in detail. If anything gets in your way, please tell us.
