Prices on the Repair Cost Lookup and elsewhere on the site are typical ranges for planning. Ranges are estimates, not quotes. A price becomes a quote only when we give it to you in writing for your property.
Requests and estimates
Sending a repair list, referral, or estimate request does not create a contract. Work begins only after a written agreement. Payment terms, including any pay at closing arrangement, are set in that agreement.
